Nonni's Bakery was created with family in mind. Through the heart of Dana, Nonni's daughter, she shared her vision in making her mom's gift of baking a reality for all. With recipes that have been passed down from generation to generation she has the gift of making you feel like you just checked in to a "sweet retreat". Some of her best recipes date back to over 100 years old and they are worth every calorie.
Nonni's Bakery was such a hit that within the first month of launching it as an official Bakery, Roasters Coffee Haven opened its doors to invite it as a part of their store front. Before Nonni knew it she was outside of her comfortable kitchen baking up a storm, and now bakes all of Roasters pastries for both locations.
